Nails Inc Arlington Street (",)

I got this varnish as part of an 8 piece 'Get The Look Collection' from QVC and I think it's gorgeous.  It's a very deep purple with a fine, glittery effect running through it making it almost duo-chrome.  This is one layer of both Kensington Caviar Base & Top Coat and two layers of Arlington Street.
